Celebrity Weddings 2023

Who doesn’t love a celebrity wedding? The guestlist, the drama, the styling, and of course… the dress… we love it all! Whether it’s for the inspiration or the escapism, we are here for a celeb wedding. Here is a round up of some of the celebrity weddings from 2023.

Sophia Ritchie & Elliot Grainge

Quickly dubbed ‘Wedding of the Year’ when it took place in May earlier this year, Sofia Richie married Elliot Grainge at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.

After they had been dating for just over a year, Elliot asked Sofia to marry him in Hawaii, she says “He proposed at golden hour—it was magical.”

The bride stunned in a lace halter neck custom made Chanel wedding dress with a long train. Sofia also opted for a dramatically long silky soft tulle wedding veil which was adorned with resin water droplets which sparkled in the sunlight. Sofia also opted for a long blusher veil which she wore for the ceremony, which we think is the start of a new trend!

And of course this wedding wouldn’t have been complete without a performance from Lionel Ritchie, who sang ‘Stuck on you’ for the couples first dance, followed by ‘Hello’.

Sophie Habboo & Jamie Lang

Another destination celebrity wedding, Sophie and Jamie held their al fresco ceremony by a huge fountain, at the stunning Villa Las Sirenas in Sotogrande.

For the wedding breakfast, banquet tables beside a swimming pool, were adorned with flowers, and balloons were hung. When it was time to cut the cake, the newlyweds did so to a backdrop of sparklers.

Of course this was a party wedding and the dancing went on until dawn, with DJ Alex Le Roux in control of the music. To mark the end of the party, there was a stunning display of fireworks.

Sophie wore an exquisite Emma Beaumont full lace long sleeve gown, paired with a beautiful long veil and Jamie looked dapper in his black tuxedo and bowtie.

Olly Murs & Amelia Tank

Pop’s golden child, Olly Murs tied the knot to his beautiful wife Amelia Tank in the secluded haven of Osea Island in the Blackwater Estuary.

The couple made a full weekend of the celebrations, hosting ‘Murs Fest’ featuring DJ’s, artists, food vans and entertainment, which we loved the look of!

Amelia wore a beautiful fitted dress by Pallas Couture. It featured a corseted bodice, delicate straps with detachable sleeves, and beaded floral appliqués, and the bride accessorised the dress with a personalised long veil with their names and wedding date embroidered.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock & Andre Gray

The Little Mix star married her partner Andre Grey on the Caribbean island of Jamaica. The couple tied the knot in front of a close knit group of family and friends, on a platform on the beach which was adorned with hundreds of white roses. The couple and guests partied away on the beach later that evening.

Leigh-Anne wore an impressive white princess ballgown for the beautiful ceremony, before changing into a sheer thigh-split lace dress for the more relaxed reception. Her incredible ceremony dress had an illusion top bodice and sleeves, with delicate sparkly details, which met a princess style skirt, which was embroidered with meaningful words. She complemented her dress with a long veil and a sophisticated up-do hairstyle.
